Jason Scott's Mini Lops

These are the bucks that call Scott's Mini Lops Home!
This page is dedicated to the bucks that I'm building my herd around.

Scott's Caden: Gold Steel
DOB: 6/3/2010
Desurra's Our Boy and Rebecca
43 Legs
This buck is my pride and joy in the herd. He is the center of my breeding program and is in on the pedigree of most of my animals. He has produced many of my top producing and top performing animals. He and all of his sibblings are the foundation of my current herd. He has several top placings in his show career, including a 2nd SSB at the 2011 Nationals and BOV at the 2013 Nationals. Caden also has 5 BIS, 3 RIS, a 2nd RIS, and a B4C as well.
He has been an intregal part of the winning that I have been able to do the last several years, and has had a huge impact on many people who have purchased from me as well. He has several children, grandchildren, and greatgrand children that have won BIS, RIS, B4C, Placed in the top of their classes and won national level classes. He has been and continues to be a herd changer for me. I owe a great deal of my success to this buck.
Noteworthy offspring and grandchildren:
Next Year - 18 legs

Scott's Bosly: Bk Silver Steel
Out of Scott's Hazel and Seiber's Hope
14 Legs - BOB 2011 MLRCA Nationals
This is Bosly, he was the BOB at the 2011 MLRCA National Show. He is owned by Nikki Mencsik in Ohio. He has made some babies around here and can be found in the background of some of my top rabbits.

Scott's Black Fire: Black

Out of Harmon's Hoover and Scott's Krista
69 Legs, 9 BIS, 5 RIS, 3 Best Groups, 2 Best of the Best in Show, 38 BOB, 9 BOS, and 11 BOVs.
BOV 2015 MLRCA Nationals
4th SSB 2015 ARBA Convention
Black Fire is an almost brother to Flat Nasty. He is out of the same buck and a sister to Flat Nasty's mother. I love this buck a whole lot and have had several people try and talk me out of him. He was 6th place as an SJB at the 2013 ARBA Convention. He is an awesome buck with a personality to boot. He has the nicest black fur I have ever seen, it is short and dense. His first litter is looking great.
He is the father of the 2015 MLRCA National BOB, Dark Fall. These two bucks have been a huge asset to my herd. Dark Fall's son Enders Game has limited showing and has won 4 BISs already.

Black Fire and son Dark Fall after taking BOV and BOB at 2015 MLRCA Nationals

Harmon's Denver: Bk Black
RIP my dear Devner.

Harmon's Timburr: Opal
This guy has a head and a body like you wouldn't believe. He has made some crazy nice babies for me. He is out of Harmon's Zepher a really nice chestnut buck and an amazingly amazing doe named Ruby Red. Ruby is probably one of the best does I have ever seen or felt. Timburr is Miss Beuhla's father. I hate Opal, but I love this buck and the babies he gives me. His daughter Glamour Gone Amuck is very exciting.

Scott's Happy Times
Out of Scott's Rio (2013 ARBA Convention BOB) and Scott's Miss A (2012 ARBA Convention BOSV).
7 Legs
7th SSB 2015 ARBA Convetnion
This buck is going to be killer as he matures. He has everything you want in a mini lop herd buck and his pedigree is to die for. I can not put together a better pedigree than this guy carries. Look for his babies this summer and fall. He has 22 BIS on his pedigree, a National level BOB, 2 BOS, 2 BOV, 1 BOSV, 21 top 10, and 191 legs in his ancestery. Not to shabby. I have him bred to a doe who goes back to Bosly and Rio so it will be interesting to see what that makes.
My bucks are typically two before they really pop. He has
started early.

Scott's Dark Fall
Out of Scott's Black Fire (2015 BOV) and Scott's Krista.
14 Legs, BOB 2015 OSRBA
BOB 2015 MLRCA Nationals
This buck is one of my all time favorites. He is a very correctly built animals with a very correct head, ear and crown. He is short, deep throughout, and wide. He has fur to burn and some of the thickest and heaviestly fured ears. He is already producing some of my best babies ever.
BOB OMLRC 2015 (300 plus shown) He and his dad tore the tables up at that show. He is another buck that popped before he was a year old. I cannot wait to see what he looks like in another year.
Scott's Eureka
Out of Harmon's Hoover and Scott's Karen
3 Legs
He has a head that doesn't stop and is one of my favorite bk herd bucks. He has mass all over the place and a head, ear, and crown to balance with all of that mass of bone and body. He is a lightly patterend broken that throws the same.
He has had limited showings, but did well. His offspring carry his mass and his daughters have he largest best balanced head, ear, and crowns I have every had on does.

Scott's Dipitido
Out of Harmon's Hoover and Scott's Trula
11 Legs
2nd MLRCA Nationals to Dark Fall who went BOB
This buck is very well balanced with an amazing head hear and crown already and is just at a year old. He has been second several times in some big shows, including the OMLRC behind Dark Fall. I can't wait till he hits two years old and pops like most of my animals do.
Father to Doc Holiday, the 2nd place BJB 201 ARBA Convention.
Scott's On The Spot
Out of Scott's Brett and Harmon's Thlulah
9 Legs - 2 BOB
This buck is very well balanced with an amazing head hear and crown already and is just at a year old as well. He has had limited showing as he was an odd age for most shows. At convention he was the 11th place SSB at 7 months. He is super massive and very heavy boned, but sits right at 6.08 which is right where I like to have them. He has made some very nice babies.
He retired from showing as he is to improtant to my herd as a sire than he is as a show animal. I love his depth over the hip and the massive animals he produces.
His first litter produced a 3 time BIS and 2 time RIS doe, her sister has 1 BIS and a B4C, and their brother has 5 BOBs.

Scott's Valkyrie
Out of Harmon's Hoover and Scott's SAS
8 Legs, 4 BOBs, 3 BOS
6th SSB 2015 ARBA Convention
He is an up and coming buck who I'm hoping to hit the tables soon. He was a little young for convention last fall, but is filling out nicely. He is very well put together and another black buck I couldn't part with.

Scott's Ghost Rider
Out of Harmon's Hoover and Scott's Rebekah
13 Legs - BIS, RIS, 6 BOB's
I should have named him that REW buck. He has built a reputation for himself already and just turned a year old. He is a very special buck to me. He was born in a litter of all does and I thought he was a doe also. He has gotten better and better as he has gotten older. He won a BIS already and was the second place SSB at the OMLRC 2015 nationals. He is very well put together and is one of the barn favorites. I look forward to putting him on the table after he molts.

Scott's Jarrard
Out of Scott's Brett and Scott's Miss A (2012 BOSV ARBA Convention)
I love this buck, he is looking more and more like a solid version of his father every day. He is really massive with amazing bone. His head, ear and cown is very well developed and he is pictured at 5 months in this picute.

Scott's Deadliest Catch
Out of Scott's Caden and Scott's JTV4M
This guy got a name very early on, because he has all the things you look for in a buck who is going ot be a herd buck. He has only been on the table one time and took BOS at the 2015 ARBA Convention. He is following in his father's foot steps already. I have high hopes for him as he matures into a senior buck.

Scott's C Money
Out of Scott's Caden and Scott's Immadoe
This little buck is the last son of Caden, and is following in his foot steps. His dad was 11th at convention as a junior buck and he finished 11th as a junior. She hit the show table there for the first time as five month old, and did very well. I have high hopes for him as he is short, deep and round throughout. He should develop into really nice herd/show buck for me.
Scott's Goliath
Out of Scott's Oren and Scott's Evening Sunshine
I am in love with this little guy. Pictured at 3 months old, he has the most mass I think that I have ever had on a junior buck. His head development is on pace to be the most massive I have ever had.

Scott's Benched Star
Out of Scott's Black Fire and Scott's Rita
I'm a little excited by this guy. He has an amazing pedigree with some of my top showing and producing animals. I wish he wasn't black, but if he ends up like his dad I'll be happy.
Harmon's Deep Running Love
Out of Harmon's Canyon and Harmon's Mile High
Mrs. Tracy Harmon sent this guy to live with me for a while. He is going to be really nice. I love his type and personality a whole lot.

Scott's Devil's Delight
Out of Harmon's Sugar Pete and Scott's Darling
I'm a really excited about this guy. He is put together correctly and has a beautiful profile coming along. He is one of my favorite junior bucks. He was a top 10 placer at convention.
