These are the does that call Scott's Mini Lops Home!

This page is dedicated to the does that I'm building my herd around.

Scott's Miss A-Thing: Gold Steel

DOB: 5/2012

Out of Caden and Steel Doe

Miss A was the 1st place SJD at the 2012 ARBA Convention, a class of 149.  She then went on to win BOSV.  She is out of Caden and one of my favorite does in the herd.  She has everything you want in a doe, and is a steel to top it off.  She has 13 additional legs including a 2nd runner up in show.  She already has had two litters and her offspring carry the same strong traits.

Scott's Holy Mountains of Doe: Gold Steel

DOB: 8/2013

Out of Caden and Brick House

Mountains, is a really nicely filled doe.  She has a whole lot of depth.  Her head, ear, and crown is about as nice as you can get on a doe at this age.  I'm looking forward to see how she does on the show table and what she will produce.

Scott's Lucky Kentucky: Bk Sable Chin

DOB: 5/2013

Out of Brett and Goodmorning Sunshine

Miss Kentucky is a co-breeding that Tracy Harmon and I did.  She is a really nice doe that will not pose.  She does well on the show table, but likes to strech out so she doesn't compete where she should be.  I'm looking forward to adding her to the breeding program in the spring.

Scott's Meme: Chestnut

DOB: 12/2012

Out of Harmon's Dreamy and Scott's Miss A

Meme is a co-breeding that Tracy Harmon and I did in Wichita.  She is a Miss A daughter and out of Harmon's Dreamy.  She is a really nice doe with several show wins.  She is on her first litter and the babies are looking really good.

She has collected 5 BIS, 3 RIS and several BOB legs in her show career!

Scott's Buehla: Bk Smoke Pearl Chin

DOB: 6/2013

Out of Timburr and Martha

Buehla started out as Buford, tatooed as a buck and shown as a buck.  She has 3 legs as a buck.  After the error was discovered she has been shown as a doe and has won an additional 7 legs including a BOB.  Her head is so massive that judges have commented that she looks like a buck.  She acts like a buck too.  Loving to have her head scratched.  She loves shows and will not stay in her box when on the table, she likes to move around and get head rubs from everyone who will do it.

Scott's Big Rew Doe: REW

DOB:3/2013

Out of Denver and Ophilia

Not much to say here.  She is big and a rew.  I love this doe.  It is not often that I will keep a rew, but this one caught my eye and has had it since.  She has 9 legs including a BOB of 158.  She now has a litter with Rio, and the litter is looking very promising.

Scott's Valure: Bk Chestnut

DOB: 12/2012

Out of Dreamy and Miss A

Meme is a co-breeding that Tracy Harmon and I did in Wichita.  She is a Miss A daughter and out of Harmon's Dreamy.  She is a really nice doe with several show wins.  She is on her first litter and the babies are looking really good.

Scott's Odessa: Black

DOB: 5/2013

Out of Hoover and Dolly Madison

Meme is a co-breeding that Tracy Harmon and I did in Wichita.  She is a Miss A daughter and out of Harmon's Dreamy.  She is a really nice doe with several show wins.  She is on her first litter and the babies are looking really good.

Scott's 212 Skyline: REW

DOB: 5/2013

Out of Denver and A Rew Doe

This little girls is a tough doe.  I'm excited about getting a litter out of her.  She is Miss A's aunt and her first litter will be out of Caden for a hopeful repeat of Miss A.  She is a one heck of a doe.  I only wish she was something other than REW.

Scott's Secrete Love

Out of Harmon's Hoover and .

One of the very few sable things that will live and reproduce here.  She is a very, very, very nice doe with all kinds of great qualities.  Just an ugly sable color.

Harmon's Baby Girl

Out of Harmon's Hank and Harmon's Tango

I fell in love with this doe when I was out at Tracy's last summer.  We were doing some work in her barn and I was like, Tracy who is this.  She was like a Hank/Tango daughter.  We pulled her out and took a look.  She is the best balanced and fured doe I have ever seen.  She has a great head, ear, and crown on top of it.  Tracy posted her for sale going into convention and I snatched her up.  She has made me a really nice litter out of Caden and has another in the box for convention babies out of Happy Times...   I'm really pleased with the first litter and very excited to see what she and Happy Times make.

To be a champion, I think you have to see the big picture. It's not about winning and losing; it's about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. I think people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenge. ~ Summer Sanders
